in nov 04, we noticed that the GaySask web site had disappeared from http://gaysask.iwarp.com/ (and hadn't resurfaced anywhere else as far as we could tell)
from our perspective, that left a void in internet resources for Saskatchewan's LGBQTI family
we want to help fill that void, so here we are, an ad-free, non-profit, community web site for Saskachewan's LGBQTI family, sustained by family members
if you know of any events, groups, businesses, writers, visual artists, web sites or news in and/or for the Saskatchewan LGBQTI family, get them listed (and do feel free to send in info for yourself)
we're doing this site because we can—we have the time, the space, the ability and the inclination—and this is our way of making a contribution to the 'community'. some people produce newsletters; some organize dances, parades and awards nites; some volunteer on phone lines; we do web sites
